My tap is dripping, what can I do?

If you tap drips for a short while after being turned off, this is is completely normal, as residual water can drain out by capillary action when the tap is turned off and should only last a few seconds, although sometimes this can occur a little while after shut-off, as the temperature of the tap cools to ambient.

If your tap continuously drips, please remove the cartridge from the tap and rinse under a warm tap to flush out debris.

Please watch the relevant 'How To Video' for a detailed explanation of how to remove and clean the cartridge in your tap.
