We hope that you are satisfied with your VADO purchase, in the event that you would like to return your product(s), please click here to create your return within 90 days of delivery. 


When creating your return online, your VADO order number and delivery postcode will be required.
Please repack your item with care using the original packaging or a suitable alternative with any appropriate documents included in/on the packaging. 

A £15 return charge will be deducted from the final credit, unless you have received a faulty, damaged, or wrongly dispatched item. 


You will receive emails updating you of the progress of your return, once delivered back to VADO you will receive a credit within 7 working days. 


Please note discontinued products cannot be returned.

VADO cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged/faulty due to alteration or normal wear and tear.
